• Location data (with your permission) to show nearby sales
• Sale listings you create, including addresses and photos

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve Yardy, including showing relevant sales near you, enabling messaging between buyers and sellers, sending email digests of new sales, and analyzing usage to improve the product.

Yardy uses the following third-party services that may collect data:
• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Vercel — Web hosting and analytics
• Google AdSense — Advertising (web only)
• Resend — Transactional and digest emails
• Sentry — Error monitoring
• LocationIQ / OpenStreetMap — Geocoding
4. Data From Third-Party Sources
Yardy aggregates publicly available sale listings from third-party websites including EstateSales.net, Craigslist, Eventbrite, and others. This data is publicly available and collected in accordance with each source's terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party listings.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party services (Vercel Analytics, Google AdSense) may set their own cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
Google AdSense and its advertising partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites, and to support ad personalization, frequency capping, and measurement. We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Sale listings are automatically archived after their end date. Messages are retained for the duration of the conversation. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. To request data export or account deletion, email privacy@yardy.sale.
8. Children's Privacy
Yardy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
