Question 1

What is Yardy?

Accepted Answer

Yardy is a local one-time-sale search engine. We aggregate estate sales, yard sales, garage sales, neighborhood sales, and pop-up community events into one searchable, map-based interface. Free for buyers, updated daily. Yardy does not list permanent storefronts (thrift stores, antique malls, pawn shops).

Question 2

Where does Yardy operate?

Accepted Answer

Yardy covers 190 cities across all 50 states and DC, from New York, Chicago and Los Angeles to Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Denver and Seattle. Every city has its own page of upcoming sales, and the map shows sales near you anywhere in the country.

Question 3

How do I find yard sales near me?

Accepted Answer

Open yardy.sale/map or the Yardy iOS app: the map loads the sales near you, today and this weekend. To look somewhere else, type a ZIP code or city, or browse a city page at yardy.sale/city. Filter by sale type, category and date.

Question 4

Is Yardy free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Browsing, searching, and saving sales are all free. There are no buyer-side fees and no premium tiers required to use the site.

Question 5

How often is the data updated?

Accepted Answer

Yardy checks its sources every morning. New listings typically appear on the map within a few hours of being posted at the original source.

Question 6

What types of sales does Yardy include?

Accepted Answer

Estate sales, yard sales, garage sales, neighborhood / HOA / church / multi-family sales, short-window live and online auctions, and pop-up community events. Yardy does not list permanent storefronts (thrift stores, antique malls, pawn shops).
